About FastPermitFiling
Third-party state trucking permit filing — run by a single accountable team.
We file the state-level permits that sit above (and separate from) your federal USDOT authority — trip permits, weight-distance registrations, and intrastate operating authority in California, Texas, and Ohio. No ticket queues, no chatbots, no paperwork on your end.
Who operates this site
Fast Permit Filing is operated by Cryp Solutions LLC, a Florida limited-liability company that also operates the sibling Fast Trucking Compliance spokes (BOC-3, MCS-150, UCR, 2290, Reinstatement, Operating Authority). We are a private, for-profit filing service — not a state or federal agency, and not a reseller of another filing bureau. Every state submission we make goes directly to the issuing agency (NY DTF, KY DOR, NM TRD, CT DRS, Oregon DOT, CA DMV / CHP, TxDMV, Ohio PUCO).
Who runs it
Korey Sharp-Paar is the founder of Cryp Solutions LLC and the operator responsible for the Fast Trucking Compliance portfolio. Day-to-day filings are handled by a small compliance team that specializes in weight-distance accounts and state operating authority. When you call our 24/7 line, you're reaching a human on our team — not a call center.
How we work
- Flat-fee pricing. $75 per single-state permit, $85 for a 72-hour trip permit, $149 for the NY+KY+NM+CT bundle, $299 for Oregon Weight-Mile, $375 for California CA# + MCP. No recurring fees hidden in fine print.
- 24-hour delivery. Orders placed before 2 PM ET are filed the same business day; credentials are emailed as soon as the state agency confirms.
- Money-back guarantee. If we cannot successfully file a permit you ordered, you pay nothing for our service fee. Full terms are in the Refund Policy.
- Secure payment. Checkout is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and we do not sell customer data. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Editorial process
The guides at FastPermitFiling.com/guides are written and reviewed by the same compliance team that files permits day-to-day. Two rules govern every article:
- Verify every current-year fee with the issuing agency. When a number cannot be verified, the copy says “verify with the state DOT” rather than quote a stale figure. Conservative beats wrong — a fee that has changed mid-year is a real audit risk.
- No AI-generated boilerplate. Each article is drafted by a human compliance operator and edited against the source agency’s current rule text (NY DTF, KY Transportation Cabinet, NM MVD, ODOT, CT DRS, MA DPU).
- Updated dates are honest. The “Last updated” date on each guide reflects when the article was last reviewed against current state rules — not an automated timestamp bump.
Experience & coverage
The team handles weight-distance, highway-use, intrastate operating authority, oversize / overweight, and trip-permit filings for owner-operators and fleets. Direct experience with NY HUT, KYU, NM WDT, Oregon Weight-Mile, and CT HUF / MA registration portals; California CA# + MCP, Texas TxDMV, and Ohio PUCO operating authority; and oversize / overweight routing for routine and superload tiers.
Sister filing services
Cryp Solutions LLC also operates the BOC-3, MCS-150, UCR, Form 2290, Reinstatement, and Operating Authority filing spokes under the Fast Trucking Compliance umbrella. The same compliance team staffs each spoke; cross-referrals between spokes are routine when a carrier needs more than one credential at the same time.
Legal disclosure
FastPermitFiling is a third-party preparation service. We are not affiliated with the FMCSA, USDOT, or any state DMV / transportation agency. Government filing fees, where applicable, are collected separately and remitted on your behalf to the issuing agency. Every permit we file is also available directly from the issuing state agency without using our service.
